The class guides cover all nine classes with a separate page for every specialisation — 28 spec pages in total — each with its talent order at 20 and 30, a rotation, stat priority, and what its tree actually does differently in Forever.

The profession guides cover all nine primary professions, the three secondary skills, and the two systems Forever added that have no vanilla equivalent: Camping and Merchant's Favor.

If you only read one thing

Take Cooking at level 1. 103 of its 123 dishes give +5% experience from kills while you are well fed, and the first one works at Cooking skill 1 on a level-1 character. It costs you no primary profession slot. Nothing else in the game pays off that early for that little effort.
